Now that we welcomed 2020, what can our players expect from your casino brand? Also, what is in the pipeline in 2020 in terms of casino innovation, new games, and new launches that our players and readers can be looking forward to in 2020 from your brand?
Head of Casino at Casoo.com
In short – an improved product. New game providers, new payment methods, new payment currencies, more promotions, design tweaks, and more that will ultimately lead to better user experience. The iGaming industry is always moving, changing, and improving and so is Casoo!
Casoo will improve on the existing user journey and bring it to new heights, expect Casoo to be twice the product it was back in 2019. New planets, achievements, missions, an improved shop, and a lot of optimisation and site-wide synergy improvement will take place in 2020, to name a few things.
As for innovation, Casoo will look into the most essential part of the site – the game lobby and the browsing options. Table games and Jackpot categories are a thing of the past and they have to make way for new categories like Megaways and Bonus buys. But it does not and here we have more up our sleeve, so stay tuned!
The gaming portfolio will be strengthened by heavyweights such as Blueprint, BigTimeGaming, Relax gaming, Push gaming and Casoo will constantly look out to integrate new and innovative game studios.
Managing Partner, Gamblingfy Ltd
We expect to see a lot of exciting innovations in the gambling industry in 2020.
During 2020 we plan to continue working with the best casino brands that dominate the gambling market. We are also going to lauch a few new websites, which will target new territories and audiences. We already launched our first new website this year called CasinoMamma.com. We have a lot new casino listings on all of our websites for our players to check out and enjoy.
By the end of 2020, we will be the only online casino brand that is mostly driven via machine learning and automation. We believe we have built the most forward-looking and flexible casino platform in the world. We have a framework for building real-time predictive machine learning models which include VIP prediction, predictive value segmentation, churn prediction, machine learning-based CRM optimization, player protection models to tackle RG, along with business protection models to handle fraud cases.
Besides these platform-based initiatives, we are planning to launch a new brand in Q2 this year. We are currently working hard to improve existing platform features to ensure everything will work smoothly when integrating the new brand. Of course, our players can also expect to find an even broader selection of game providers on both Wildz and the new brand, and we will focus that expansion on introducing more feature buy games and megaways titles.
Head of Affiliates, King Billy Casino
Was it Voltaire who said that “good is the enemy of great”? At King Billy Casino we couldn’t agree more. So, for 2020, we will not compromise with just being “good.” We want to be great, launch great projects and offer the greatest possible gaming experience to our Citizens, Barons, Earls, Marquesses, Dukes, Princes and Kings.
There are a lot of interesting things in the pipeline for King Billy Casino, some of which we can disclose now and a few others which will be “pleasant surprises” throughout the year – so stay tuned. One of the most positive developments for our brand is, of course, the MGA license we now proudly hold.
This means that the already strong relationship with our players is now being cemented in terms of reliability, security, confidence, and, at the end of the day, loyalty. Moreover, payment systems, widely accepted across the European Union (like Trustly’s Pay N Play), will also be part of our packages in 2020.
Add to these a new, irresistible VIP program with special and individual offers for our VIPs and VVIPs, new software that will ensure no glitch whatsoever for our users, as well as the expansion of our brand to Japan and other Asian markets, and you will realize that King Billy has his hands full with fascinating projects in 2020. And so do our players!
