NetEnt Live in Pennsylvania
The gaming developer giant NetEnt is now live in the State of Pennsylvania following the opening of the online gambling market in the keystone state this month.
This became reality after the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) granted an Interactive Gaming Manufacturer Conditional License to the Swedish manufacturer in March this year.
“I am very pleased that the market in Pennsylvania has now opened. We are one of the few online casino suppliers offering our games right from the start, and I am convinced that our award-winning online casino games will be much appreciated by players in Pennsylvania”, commented Erik Nyman, Managing Director NetEnt Americas LLC.
Residents from Pennsylvania will now be able to enjoy the large selection of casino games and online slots offered by NetEnt in many of the state’s online casinos both on their computers and on mobile.
Online Gambling in Pennsylvania
The State of Pennsylvania officially became the fourth state following Nevada, New Jersey and Delaware to offer regulated online casinos to its residents. The market finally opened this month after the state voted to approve online gambling in the end of 2018.
So far the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has granted operating licenses to two of the state’s casinos and more are expected to receive their license soon.
Pennsylvania is the nation’s second-largest state for commercial casino revenue, only surpassed by Nevada, generating more than $3.2 billion last year.
