The licence page is short and oddly written. It says SpinLynx LTD of Barge straat 1 and a fully owned subsidiary, also called SpinLynx LTD, at Hollandia 24, run the casino under Master License 34389464EU granted by the Curaçao. No city, no registration number and no named regulator.
A second paragraph then says the domain is explored by Lava Entertainment DS DV with a permit from the General Directorate of Games and Sweepstakes. That is a separate licensing body altogether, and the page never explains how the two fit together.
