Short answer
RioPlay is a promotion heavy casino with a four part welcome package worth up to 2,000 USD (about €1,750) plus 250 free spins, wager free cashback and rebates through its loyalty tiers, a daily wheel and weekly races. From Sweden the game lobby itself did not load when we checked.
I went through RioPlay on 3 October 2026 and came away with a split impression. The promotions side is one of the most generous and best explained I have seen this year. The game side was a different story, because from a Swedish connection the lobby showed empty tiles and no games ever loaded.

The lobby problem
When I opened the casino lobby from Sweden, the category bar loaded but every tile stayed empty. Promotions, tournaments and help pages worked fine. That may well be a geo restriction, so check from your own country before you deposit.

Read the percentages correctly
The rebate and daily reload are a share of the house edge on your play, not of your losses, so they are smaller than the headline numbers suggest. Short answer
