In Chile, paying online almost always means WebPay. It is the Transbank gateway behind nearly every webshop, and it lets you pay with your Redcompra debit card, a credit card or a prepaid card without handing your card details to the merchant.
For casino players that makes deposits easy and familiar. The flip side is that WebPay only works one way, and Chile is in the middle of rewriting its online gambling rules, with blocks on unlicensed sites already happening.
Below are the casinos we have checked that accept WebPay, plus what a Chilean player should know about payouts, limits and the law right now.

Can you use WebPay at online casinos?
Yes. Several international casinos accept WebPay for deposits from Chilean cards. You are redirected to Transbank, pay with your Redcompra debit, credit or prepaid card, and the deposit is credited instantly. WebPay cannot be used for withdrawals.
WebPay belongs to Transbank, the company that processes the bulk of Chile’s card transactions, and it has been around since 2001. Think of it as a middleman that protects you: you pay on Transbank’s page, and the casino never lays eyes on your card number.
Any card from a Chilean bank will do, whether it is a Redcompra debit card, a credit card or a prepaid card. Customers of Banco de Chile, Santander, BCI, BancoEstado, Scotiabank and Itaú are all covered.
Your card details go into Transbank’s own page, and your bank then asks for its usual security confirmation. For many people in Chile it is the one way of paying online they are truly comfortable with, and that familiarity carries straight over to casino deposits.
Allow about a minute. If you have bought anything from a Chilean webshop, nothing here will surprise you.
One detail to check first is the account currency. Some casinos run balances in pesos while others use dollars or euros, and when it is not pesos the exchange rate comes from the casino’s payment partner.
WebPay exists so customers can pay merchants. A casino has no way to send money back along the same path, so every WebPay player needs a second method for withdrawals.
Chilean players usually get paid by bank transfer, through e-wallets or in crypto. At offshore sites, a bank payout to a Chilean account can easily take several working days, which is worth knowing before you get excited about a win.
My advice: study the withdrawal page and its limits before you make the first deposit, and complete identity verification straight away. When a payout drags on, the cause is almost always missing paperwork rather than the payment itself.
Think of WebPay as the front door. You still have to pick your exit.
A casino charging you for a WebPay deposit is unusual. Your own bank is a different matter, as it may set its own conditions for card payments made online.
Minimums tend to be low, often just a few euros’ worth. The ceiling comes from two places: the casino’s own maximum, and whatever daily ceiling your bank applies to online card use.
A Redcompra debit card takes the money directly from your account, and it is usually the cheaper option. Some banks treat credit card deposits at casinos as cash advances, which can bring extra fees and interest. If you are not sure how your bank handles it, stick to debit.
There is no licensed online casino market in Chile yet. Congress has been debating a bill that would regulate online betting platforms, and it cleared an important hurdle in 2026 when the Senate gave it approval in general.
If it becomes law, the Superintendencia de Casinos, Apuestas y Juegos would hand out licences, bonuses would get clear rules and gross gaming revenue would be taxed. Until then, every international casino taking Chilean players does so without a Chilean licence.
Enforcement has already started. Judges and the telecom regulator have ordered Chilean internet providers to cut off access to betting sites without a licence, so a casino that works for you today might be unreachable next month. That alone is a good reason not to leave a big balance sitting in any account.
WebPay’s big strength is that Transbank, not the casino, holds your card details. A few habits make that protection even stronger:
A WebPay deposit is treated as a regular card payment, so welcome bonuses and reloads are normally open to you.
Currency is the trap. When the minimum for a bonus is quoted in dollars or euros but you pay in pesos, work out the converted figure first, because missing the threshold by a few pesos means no bonus at all.
Past that, it is the usual homework: wagering, maximum bet and how many days you get. It says something about the current market that the Chilean bill specifically asks for clearer bonus terms. And since WebPay cannot bring winnings home, decide how you will cash out before you start chasing a bonus.
WebPay gets your money into a casino with no fuss. Getting it out is a separate question.
AstroPay, MiFinity and Skrill are accepted at many casinos that welcome Chilean players, and all three handle deposits and payouts. Crypto is widely used as well.
Some casinos work with local payment partners that offer direct transfers from Chilean banks, and those can often be used for withdrawals too. Whatever you choose, sort out your payout method early.
