Eyecon is the Australian studio behind Fluffy Favourites, the claw machine slot that has spent years near the top of British bingo sites. The Eyecon casinos in our database are where you find it, together with Shaman’s Dream, Temple of Iris and the rest of a catalogue that has belonged to Playtech since 2017.
Below the list we explain where Eyecon comes from, how its slots are built, what has changed in the last few years and what to check before you sign up.

Eyecon is a slot studio founded in Brisbane, Australia, in 1997, and owned by Playtech since a deal worth up to EUR 58.2 million in 2017. It is best known for Fluffy Favourites, a long running hit with UK bingo players, and for medium and high volatility slots such as Shaman's Dream and Temple of Iris. It still releases games, including Fluffy Favourites Clawmania in 2025.

Most studios chase the casino crowd. Eyecon built its name a few doors down, in the side games menu of British bingo sites, and Fluffy Favourites is the reason. It is a seaside arcade in slot form: a claw machine full of cuddly toys with a pink elephant in charge.
Under the soft toys sits a 5×3 slot with 25 lines and high volatility. The elephant is the wild and doubles any win it helps make, three or more elephants start 15 to 25 free spins with every win tripled, and three claw scatters open a toybox pick where each toy hides a multiplier of up to 100x the bet. SlotCatalog lists a top win of 5,000x.
In 2023 the trade press described it as one of the UK’s top performing slots for more than 15 years. That bingo audience shapes what you find in Eyecon casinos: gentle themes, simple screens and features that are easy to follow.

Eyecon was founded in 1997, and both SlotCatalog and trade coverage of its sale place it in Brisbane. Scott Murray is named as the founder, and by 2017 the studio had more than 70 games and its own remote gaming server, used to supply operators and networks such as 888.
In February 2017 Playtech agreed to buy Eyecon for up to EUR 58.2 million at the time, half paid up front and the rest tied to earnings targets until June 2019. Playtech wanted the content for its Virtue Fusion bingo network, and Murray agreed to stay on for at least three years. Trade press still calls Eyecon a Playtech studio in 2025.
Eyecon’s UK licences sat with Eyecon Alderney Limited, which held a gambling software licence from 2015 and a game host licence from 2018. The Gambling Commission register shows both surrendered on 4 July 2025. We found no public explanation, so we will not guess at one.
These are the figures SlotCatalog lists for five of the better known games. We have left release dates out, because SlotCatalog gives 2016 for Fluffy Favourites, a game the trade press called a UK top performer for more than 15 years in 2023.
| Slot | Layout | RTP listed | Volatility | Top win listed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fluffy Favourites | 5×3, 25 lines | 95.39% | High | 5,000x |
| Fluffy Too | 5×3, 25 lines | 95.39% | High | 5,000x |
| Shaman’s Dream | 5×3 | 95.44% | Medium | 9,500x |
| Temple of Iris | 5×3, 25 lines | 95% | Medium | not listed |
| Aztec Rising | 5×3, 25 lines | sources disagree | Medium | 5,000x |
None of them reaches 96%, and SlotCatalog notes RTP ranges for several, with a second setting of about 93% for Fluffy Favourites. So the number in the table is the best case, not a promise.
Play a few of these and you notice the family resemblance. Eyecon found a recipe early and has dressed it in many costumes. Free games usually triple your wins and can retrigger up to 15 times, and after a win you can often gamble it on a double or nothing pick, up to five times in a row.

Shaman’s Dream puts that recipe in a Native American setting, with a white wolf wild that doubles wins and free games that triple them. Temple of Iris moves it to Egypt, with pyramid scatters and the same tripled free games. If you like one Eyecon slot, there is a fair chance you will like the next, and if one leaves you cold, a change of theme will not fix it.
For a studio with a famous back catalogue, Eyecon has kept trying new formats around its best known brand.

In 2020 Gaming Realms signed a multi year deal to put the Fluffy Favourites brand on its Slingo grid, a mix of slot and bingo, with the game due out that October.
In May 2023 Eyecon arranged a licence for LuckyTap, a format from Design Works Gaming with no reels or lines. You tap, a short animation plays, and you either win or you do not. Eyecon was the first outside studio to build a LuckyTap game, with Fluffy Favourites among the brands lined up for it.
Fluffy Favourites Clawmania, released in November 2025, uses 5 reels and 20 lines with multiplier wilds and a claw feature that can drop extra wilds onto the reels.
For years Eyecon delivered its games from its own server, straight to operators and through networks such as 888 and Playtech’s Virtue Fusion. In August 2020 the whole catalogue went to the operators on Microgaming’s network, a deal Eyecon framed as a push for global reach. In April 2025 Playtech and SkillOnNet launched Eyecon titles in Ontario for the first time, Fluffy Favourites, Temple of Iris and Shaman’s Dream among them, with more Canadian operators planned.
The list at the top of this page shows every open casino in our database with Eyecon games, and closed or blacklisted casinos are left out. Being among the Eyecon casinos there means the games are in the lobby. It says nothing about the casino itself.
So start with the licence, which must cover the country you live in. If online casinos are not legal where you are, do not play. Then read the withdrawal terms in our review: limits, processing times and the documents you will need.
On the game side, open the info screen to see which RTP version the casino runs, since several Eyecon slots come in more than one. If you take a bonus, check that Eyecon slots count in full towards the wagering, and leave the gamble button alone while you clear it. Playtech. It agreed to buy the studio in February 2017 for up to EUR 58.2 million at the time, and trade press still described Eyecon as a Playtech subsidiary in 2025.
Eyecon was founded in Brisbane, Australia, in 1997. The company that held its UK licences, Eyecon Alderney Limited, was registered in Alderney.
Fluffy Favourites, a claw machine themed slot with a pink elephant wild, tripled free spins and a toybox pick bonus. It has been a fixture on UK bingo sites for many years and the brand has since appeared in Fluffy Too, a Slingo version and Fluffy Favourites Clawmania.
Yes. Fluffy Favourites Clawmania came out in November 2025, and in 2025 Eyecon also launched its games in Ontario for the first time.
Mostly around 95%, according to SlotCatalog, and several titles come in more than one version. Check the info screen at the Eyecon casinos you use, since the casino’s setting is the one that counts.
Not in its own name any more. The Gambling Commission register shows that Eyecon Alderney Limited surrendered its software and game host licences on 4 July 2025. What matters for you is that the casino you play at is licensed where you live.
